Team mates are hard working but feel insecure because of the high work load and job threatening verses.career growth minimal and innovative strategies are not attractive.Work life balance is thrown out because of certain policies and centre heads.

NO PROMOTION NO SALARY HIKE NO WORK CULTURE THEREFORE AFTER HAVING SUCH GOOD BRANDS COMPANY IS NOT DOING BECAUSE OF ITS CULTURE ,SALARY HOLD .

from stratagy to upper management all have no direction. no proper salary to employee,expense deduction,fresher candidate,no learning, high expectation,no career growth,no confirmation.
