No salary growth in this company and no job security no any salary benefits. That's why i am looking for change,I want to switch and immediate joining

1. salary deductions just to satisfy their ego 2. Weird policy of salary cuts 3. bond sign on stamp paper 4. always try to deduct your salary 5. they divide salary into two parts, 60% and 40% (fixed and bonus) 6. give threat of legal proceedings, never give fnf amount
