Dislikes

Poor working environment as well as culture.No fix time of leaving the office.Everyday 3-4 Hours overtime required for male staff & sometime for female staff also.Poor planning,Poor Quality of product.Directors only concentrates on more & more invoicing by compromising product quality as well as safety of workers.In time is fix as 9:00 am but Out time sometime goes to 10:00 pm,11pm Etc.Directors though process about company growth in terms of employees,new products,new customers is very much Poor.
