MCSC is a well know Bahrain based mechanical EPC company.I had successfully completed 11 years with this esteemed organization.Many projects successfully completed on time and T&I maintenance as well.I have gained many skill and organization capacity during this period

Dislikes

Compensation is high,but the growth is slow,the work pressure is very high.sometimes i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night especially during the Flow line Hook up activities.

1) It is better if you starting your career as fresher lot's of things to learn. 2) Salary on Time unlike other companies

1) Poor Work culture 2) Poor Socio Work life 3) Very Low payscale and almost less facilities provided 4) No Annual Leave 5) Poor Appraisals 6) Excessive Blame Culture

... be a team work,from management to labour.It creates a great work environment. The company offers full salary for every employee who sits in the room, with out a job .because of covid-19.The company provides the necessary treatment and care for covide- 19 patients.MCSC 100℅ of perfect company in bahrain.

...ldn't identify the right project Management Team. Salary will credit on time. Salary is better than other contract companies in bahrain

No training most of the trainings conducting by QC Department thinking about the most intelligent in IPMS (Intagrated Project Management System) But hopeless waste of payment paying by company, No project control, Manpower control, cost control, no budget monitoring, no cost break-down. No project Management system except few Project Managers.
