I've worked as a Contract empolyee for a c;ient. But they are not respond to questions which ask by the empoyees and compare to current market the average salary is low and no promotion on your designation.

I love the fact that am a part of a team that markets reliable and has a global client base. Mine is a water based client. Another plus point is that much colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration.
