If you can do a task and have done it once even if it was assigned to someone else, then the other person can relax as now everyone will expect you to do that task, no matter who it was originally assigned to. Another thing is snail like financial growth.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base.on site travel is completely dependent on your projects and client's location.another plus point is that my colleague come from various cultures background, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re hier policy here.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-16 hours straight in a day. The evening and sometimes late into the night.there is no on job training for Fresher's hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes.
