- there is no skill development as this is copy paste job . - work culture is pathetic. Apart from weekly off , you need to ask one month prior for leave. There is no festival holidays. - they have zero flexibility in this organisation. Even they don't want to give break to go for p-e-e- . - u will feel like labourers who will get torchered from higher for a mere reasons .

I already stated this . You will get salary on time. But take this job as last opportunity for survival only . They will give you designation like AI DATA analyst, but u will copy information from pdf documents and paste this into excel .

1. No skill development 2. Worst company culture and management (if you are in the operation dept, it's better not to join) 3. Poor leave policy and more off micromanagement. 4. No transparency about company growth and policies with employees.

I am currently working in this company for past 2 years, my experience has been good, it's a remote job. AI tech company, opportunity to understand in detail about insurance and AI modules and tech. there is a lot of hands on learning opportunity for me.
