There are some people who are very good and supportive like Nasir he is one of the best mentor for all you can learn system it is good for freshers.

Dislikes

1) Management not at all good 2) Seniors behave harsh on their employees 3) If you're resigning and serving the notice period of a month then too you won't get the salary of that month 4) Very Rude behaviour of seniors with sales and customer service staff 5) No work Life Balance as we have to work from 10 to 7 pm almost 9 hrs that is pathetic. 6)No free food No Transportation.

For learning, skill development & experience gathering this is a good company . No issue in Salary.

Pathetic un Human pressure . Typically exhausted vendor payment policy. Work life balance is something fairytale.

Nothing to be good Only puneet sir is understanding & good person. Everything was perfect till Aneesha ma'am was handling the team.

.... You have to work and work. They don't do fun activities now. No mental peace. Too much negotiation on salary.

1) Junior staff / Employee's are good 2) You'll get free tea / coffee And there is nothing good about this company.

1) Working hours might extend 2)They don't pay you if you do overtime 3) Senior's will change rules according to their respective 4)They will call you on holidays and on weekoff as well. 5)They do fake Google reveiws 6) I visited the office I have 1.5yrs of experience in e-commerce but the manager Puneet who take all the interviews told me you come for sales do telecalling we will see if there is growth then we will shift you. 7) They don't value their employees they will just give a hope and then they will tell you to resign in 4 days I got to know everything about the company. 8) Every single employee was against that manager.
