Job Security for this Company and Salary and Tada Coming in On time.Day by Day Knowledge Development Program.and Month on Month Product Training Given.

Some of the Product MRP will change 4 or ,6 Months Once will not accept in Market.and Retailer Return Policy

New experience, New SOPs , Team mates are hard workers. Seaking new things which will sharpen me in my professional life.

Compensation is not up to the mark. My personal growth is slow. There are no rewards for Managers or for the staffs on their great achievements.

There are some people who are very good and supportive like Nasir he is one of the best mentor for all you can learn system it is good for freshers.

Dislikes

1) Management not at all good 2) Seniors behave harsh on their employees 3) If you're resigning and serving the notice period of a month then too you won't get the salary of that month 4) Very Rude behaviour of seniors with sales and customer service staff 5) No work Life Balance as we have to work from 10 to 7 pm almost 9 hrs that is pathetic. 6)No free food No Transportation.

Not Good , Not Employee friendly , My experience not up to the mark very corner .. No Job security ... Not Done any Full Final ..

Till now pending my salary and expenses after put my notice till not entertain any words for the same .. its a very painful & really un justify for common employee ( Too much bad Experience)
