Increment and promotion Are very poor. Joining salary is good but after that increment its very little approx 5%-10%.

Ab bat karte hai Dislike ki , Not Good Environment For Work, It's Very Boring Works , Salary Is very low , Salary Hike also very less , Career Growth is poor . Company me apko job to mil jaygi lekin Chairs Nhi milengi . If uu have Degree of Computer Related like :- BCA ,BSC Comp.. etc... So , It's not For uu Don't join . I'm All the talking about back office job. So , Think About all Points & then join .

The company management are very good. Working time is flexible and suitable for every employees. My teem members and teem manger relationship are very friendly hence we work happyly. I also like the employee Re- hire policy here
