...view only let people know that company is pathetic, here at the time of joining they said you will get salary on 1st but employee never get on time

Work pressure are High, at time of joining HR said salary come at 1st but it will never come on time, leave also a very big concern

If you are an opportunist this company gives you multiple opportunity to learn and grow personally and professionaly.

Few policies need amendments here , like paid parking, incentives. Also HR need to more active towards employees queries.

Work culture is like jail. TL behave like school teachers and employees are student. TL and managers always scolding and pressurized for target. Meal is very bad taste.

There is Mike who is the COE of the company he is an idiot I don't know how he thinks every time he passes an order unlogical not understandable ex. in the second wave of covid he mailed to come to the office in meddle of crises and we didn't get 2 years appraisal. The American thinks they are ruling on us not working with them. And our management looked like a joker no question no argument nothing just say refer to mike mail. Like he is god for us.

Operations and management is excellent. Lots of exposure and Carrier growth apportunitys. Very competitive and liberal management.

Dislikes

Everything is good except transportation and administration. Little bit community favouritism. Least interaction of higher management with employees.
