the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. i love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. as a result i got a lot of knowledge and work experience at my work field. another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background and we work happily in collaboration.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Being Administrator and Management Member i have experienced it's growing company and when any MSME is on growing stage it go through various changes and board of directors accept those changes for betterment of organisation.

Politica by Manager, No commitment fulfillment No job Security They love to say you goodbye rahter than salary increment Top management is scattered in itself They even abuse to each other when it comes to meetings

Career Grown not possible bcz Admin and HR managers are incapable as they dont want you to grow. Things are placed differently to management and even MD's are not gonna listen your point of view bcz they are alrady diverted from main point. Appraisal same not good till HR Manager and Admin Manager are there. Politics is completely handled by these two person.
