They make you work like donkeys and pay you peanuts Supervisors are friendly Superiors take credit for target reached by the employee Appraisal very low They don’t value your degree even 12 th fail is your superior We are made to work for 10 hours daily for just 12k/month No leave They make contract employee work a lot and company employee are rewarded There are lots and lots cons about this company but no time to write it...

Good company near to my home.team is also good.i was getting salary 12 k p.m.rotational shift is also there in the company.

In my opinion salary is very low& night shift compulsory , less holiday , these things I felt bad about the company.

Initially when I joined my reporting manager Mr. Pramod Sath and post when he left the other Manager Mr. Vikas R... I have never seen such skilled, humble, down to earth, and in top of that such a Team Leader hats off... Learned a lot from them ....The situation changes when Mr. Vikas R left to Manipal... The most pathetic person (Mr. Manjunatha Nayak) I have never seen in my entire work experience... In professionalism he is (BIG ZERO).. (MCT as a Origanization is very good but people like Manjunatha Nayak is creating a bad place to work)

Person like Manjunatha Nayak should be fired...I don't have any personal problem with him but he is not loyal in his work...he misuse his position and also do the fraudulence in the cash management activities....
