The only plus is that salary is on time. That's it, rest don't ever join if you want a career.

No proper structure, lala company behaviour, lack of communication, dormant HR system, below average appraisal, zero motivation, office politics, you have to prove your work constantly, bad and inefficient leadership.

It's a growing company and the best part of the company is supported all cross functional, salary on time since my working period I have never seen late ya litigation. Product quality and Marketing strategy is like MNC.

Need to develop HR part of the company and think about employees stability

Diversified product portfolio: Started as a fragrance company, now they are entering into personal care, home care etc.

Company culture Packaging development should be a part of R&D, not operation Salary is way below market standard

...company where there is nothing..No one is there to help you when you are stuck.. Salary not on time. They made their family members as Head in every department who had no knowledge about their work. Moreover they will ask to work where you are not even expertise and if you fail they will mentally torture you and harrass you. Never seen such a bad company..

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good Salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joinees.
