Compensation is decent.the work pressure is very high.sometime i have to work10 to 12 in a day.according to my work

The worst management to employee behaviour. Lot of discrimination. Almost all the employees are from IJP & it's definitely proved in my case that they won't allow outsiders to grow no matter what your position is. Moreover there is too much of pressure even though it's not at all required to deliver anything in emergency.
