I did not like working there. Work environment is very poor. Salary does not get paid on time. Management is very indecisive on all matters. Management has no experience of running a school; has no vision.

Dislikes

I started off with optimism, but those teachers appointed by the Management are unable to raise the standards of the students . As the CBSE was following FA and SA mode of mark calculation, the students managed to pass. With the change in the CBSE examination pattern, the students, who haven't got good training or teaching in the high school - lack skills to do well in class X. It is better if they convert it to a Preprimary school-with LKG,UKG and Pre-KG classes.
