brand name in the market, some very good titles, some great people to work with. but, its all dying a slow death...

Dislikes

Poor pay structure, no incentives, no opportunities for professional growth, top management biased against India business. I think they have good Indian management, but the global control and interference in day to day operations is just too much.

... work environment and culture. Teammates and the management are very supportive. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good hike and bonus every year.

no job security, politics(most comments have agreed on politics!!) , From outside they pose as a digital edtech company but they are not. their max revenue is from selling print books, there are far better publishers and edtechs doing better than them ....only thing they have is the name in the market only because they are so old and that bubble that mcgraw hill is a big name has also busted . Some old people at top who dont want the young ones to grow to safeguard themselves....

There is no bad signs for me, because when ever anything wrong is going to happen in market, in field, with customers, even from company my Manager takes the stand. MR. MANOJ KUMAR PANDEY - sir ji. Thank you so much.

Politics , load you with load of work and then criticise you not doing anything properly , career grow is slow. Ambiguity in the fundamental work structure.
