I hope there is one thing to cheer about mccoy; You can learn and understand yourself here but the experience would definitely Take you to different level.

Dislikes

Training of employees is absent, No job security not also for experienced employees, career growth is really slow, salary delay is upto 1month if you are lucky, heavy politics in Marketing, production and planning dept, innovation is least they talk about , work environment is pathetic. Work life balance is poorer in marketing , site engineer and production field. Watch out if you are leaving the company as they hold on to everything they can ( I mean Money, incentives and bonus) they only lure you into trap by lucrative terms like incentives bonus etc but they never provide it.

Few people in this company are keep practicing Politics rather than creating innovative work environment upon training & learning process to enhance the strength of the organisation by enhancing knowledge within the employees.
