This organizations has been turned into a disaster by the current MD . He is micro manager, narcissistic and toxic to the below management .The company has over 80% attrition in leadership. All the good ratings have been given by the hr team struggling to recruit new talent

Work from Home. ( Only if you are working in Shifts, B shifts, C shifts or D shift) Free Lunches, if you go to the office. ( 500RS deducted monthly )

Majority of HRs are useless across the globe and are backstabbers, Highest form of Politics and biased behavior. LALA company attitude, especially in India. Maybe because it is Kohinoor which was merged. Shift system only for India. None of the other countries work that way. HRs have more salaries than the avg people working in the company be it Managers, Directors. High Favoritism in India esepecially if you are the HR group's pet, you will get promotions sooner. Speaking of Promotions - Couple of HRs are promoted 5 times in 6 years i.e. once every year. How ? There is no culture amongst many. Your personal growth in the eyes of HR is just cost. This isn't true amongst other people across the globe where talent is recognized. Not here, when it comes to Indians. There is a sense of white superiority. Please avoid this company at all cost if you are a straight shooter.

Worked for wonderful 7 years. It would be an excellent opportunity for specialists working in the area of Digital Marketing, AI/Machine learning, Cloud computing, etc. to join McCormick.

I have been working as Business System Analyst in the area of OTC/GTS. But as per present policy, this task has gone to AMS. Wish I could have continued to work in the organization.

the years spent here have been wasted and gone in vain , the organization has very poor leadership in india resulting in poor business performance ,high attrition and nepotism.this culture is driven from the MD .The global leadership turns a blind eye towards indian mismangement
