Owned by US based MNC, headquartered in US. However McCormick India is no where close to MNC Culture. It is more of owner driver sort of culture which can be suffocating for many people

Dislikes

1. Very high attrition rates across levels from executives to functional heads and directors. Max employment duration is 2 to 2.5 years 2. They fire many employees within few months of joining. They have ruined career of many people by hiring them from some of the great organizations and later fired them within few months leaving them job less and hopeless 3. Employees are not valued respected or trusted. Very poor vision and overall company culture is bad 4. Many vendors & suppliers refuse to work with McCormick India 5. Very poor work life balance, everybody needs to slog for very long hours for 6 days a week even though they claim 5 days work week. Think and do proper research before joining this company.

The work environment,respect for innovative ideas,quick approvals for budgets & company support in all aspects is what I liked the most about this company.On time salaries,expenses & appraisals is what I would appreciate the most.

Dislikes

Honestly speaking, I don't find anything which I dislike about this company.
