Company is generous and understands employee’s problems and try to support them in their difficult times. For eg. They provided huge financial support (lending) to employees who suffered from COVID-19 without any documentation with flexible return options. Getting leaves is not a big problem. Most of the people are good by nature except a few ones who wish to pollute the environment for some reason.

Dislikes

1. Management decision making is slower than snail walk, even snail will reach its target in the stipulated time but MCCM never sets a target to reach. 2. Since 2018 till date new management has never shared KRAs to their employees making directionless moves and bearing huge losses all round the year. 3. Diamond gains its importance when it is polished properly else it just remains a piece of glass having no value. Same is with employees ho require polishing in the form of rigorous trainings in their respective field. MCCM largely fails here. 4. Extremely limited product options- In today’s world of choice, if you enter into the market with only 1 or 2 options pricing way higher than your first line competitor, your product is prone to stay unsold for a long time or may be forever. They just do not under This simple thing. 5. Employees might have something to say in the interest of the betterment of the company, why do you think everyone else is dumb? Why employee’s advice is ignored all the time? Company is not run by 3-4 management people its an equal contribution!! But, no! The Fantastic 4 do not need anyone else. Well done and best luck!! MC Craftsman Machinery which is a Mitsubishi subsidary company gave gift at the time of Covid-19 by terminating me without giving any reason. Inspite of having 26% market share they ask me to leave without giving any satisfactory reason. They are worst company to work with, compliance only for employee not for employer, Only name is Mitsubishi all other things are worst than any Small lala company.
