Everything, you have to beg salary everytime, accounts department is terrible, management is very cheap, no job security, too many promises but forget about about fulfillment.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a Team that markets reliable and high quality products.

Dislikes

Compensation is poor, but the work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 11 _12 hours straight in a day as i have to attend customer calls in the evening and sometimes late in to the night.

No trening in company. Job security not conform. My last growth was 15% increase, Travals expences not recive time to time,manager not support in ather task.company not invest in market for sales growth.

Salary always pending more than 3 months everytime you have to beg for your own money, Director is like an animal every morning he start yelling like fat mad bear without any reason, in short if you want to work in lala company or spoil ur career then MBS Gymkahana and RoyaL country homes pvt ltd is perfect companies, at last directors these company are running by two brothers and they are filthy people you ever met in ur life write down my word.

Previous management was very supporting and helping specially HR Head and COO was very good prior to 2018. They were the only point of contact for any support.

Dislikes

Companies current management is Irresponsible and dominating specially current HR and Admin department. No such care is being taken of employees. No Heath insurance, no cafeteria, no food, no proper transport, and most importantly, managers do not value an individuals strength and inspire young talent to utilise their skill for their own growth.
