...s an utter disaster. The interviewers were rude, unprepared, and unprofessional. They seemed completely uninterested in my experience and accused me of wasting their time after I mentioned salary expectations. It’s clear this company has no respect for candidates or their time. Avoid this company if you know what's good for you.

...ls from my resume. The virtual setup was awkward, impersonal, and uncomfortable. Their outdated, entitled views on employee growth were offensive, and the salary discussion was insulting, with the interview abruptly ended. This company is a joke—avoid them at all costs.

I have been working with mbm from past 8 years and the work culture and other opportunities are good, the management is very supportive add the location is very close to western express highway metro station

I've had a great time working at MBM Newtech with some of the most supportive senior in the industry. Here is a culture of learning, where I don't hesitate to ask questions to my superiors and even other seniors.

It was good at the start but as time went on, I realised that joining this firm was a huge mistake. They still owe me more that 18 lakhs as my sales commission but the owner, Viren Reshamwala, a fraud, refuses to pay despite several reminders. I would recommend all vendors, job seekers, and current employees to avoid this firm at all cost.

1. Owner of the company, Viren Reshamwala is a fraud. 2. This is a lala company, all decisions are taken by owner and only employees who are comfortable buttering him can expect to have an okay experience.
