The company offered a wide range of jewelry, from fashion to gold, diamond and polki. So that gave designers the chance to work across various products and have experience with different jewelry types.

...r there were huge gaps between two salaries with the biggest one being one year. My salary for September 2019 was paid in October 2020.

Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
