New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

Everything in MBG is something one can hate the work environment is extremely toxic ,they hold salary, doesn't offer promised variable and they don't even justify why they are doing this also there behaviour towards there client and employees is same in one word "worst", please don't join if possible

...o right to ask any question and anything about work profile and working culture. If you do show you will get terminated they will hold your salary and change the policy as per their suitability. I have never seen this kind of thug and scam. I have prove against them. If you want suitable and good working culture don't join MBG otherwise you guys will regret.

Nothing, Your reporting manager was school teacher who don't know about market Startegies B2B and B2C. Your founder claims to be a ethical man running and running a ethical company which is a big joke. They all are a thug , founder,North head (he is a big joke he only shows others work under himself and wants reward and recognition he is a big fake person in the company. He done worst thing in his past company.) Don't trust this company and any member of it.

Honestly, i can't even say if i tried.

Dislikes

The people working here are bunch of arrogants and they treat others like they're nothing. Seniors and colleagues acted all superior and taunted whenever possible. Felt humiliated at various opportunities and manager used to pass comments over stuff they shouldn't even talk about.
