I've observed that our team lead often prioritizes personal recognition over team achievements, frequently taking credit for others' work. Despite lacking essential management skills, they often pretend to be in a managerial role. Their mindset seems to be focused on maintaining the status quo, as they believe that as long as salaries are paid on time, there's no need to strive for improvement or take on additional responsibilities. Unfortunately, our team lead often spends more time on their mobile device than addressing team concerns or resolving issues. When problems arise, they tend to rely on inefficient solutions rather than taking the time to find more effective answers. Furthermore, they frequently express dissatisfaction with the company management in front of the team, which can be demotivating and create a negative atmosphere. Their diplomatic approach often comes across as insincere, which can erode trust within the team.

It is really a very good company to give opportunity to the jobseekers and infact fresh canidate to evaluate themselves thorugh the type of work there what they have learnt and taught in their life of student.....i have worked there for 1.25 years and i was totally satisfied by the enviroment,colleagues and persons placed at the top......they provide the opportunity to be friendly and get cosy....I rate tis company 4/5.
