Now comming to things that I like about my company. Culture: My company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts. Policies: Lot of employee friendly policies and initiatives from HR department.

1.Unfair pay for Jr. Qc inspector trade. 2.No job security for on contract employees

Stopped to do permanent to contract worker. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Career growth is slow.

Company policy not good.They employees on contract basis for two years. There is no any chance to get permanant evan if you spend more than eight years in same company
