Why mayur batra doesn't believe in paying the salary on time. Its been 2 months i haven't got my salary. Can't leave because they won't pay me at all. Dont even give salary slips HRs are stupid aunties gossiping all the time

Salary not paid on time ,paid once in 2 month and sometimes in 3 month ,heavy work pressure In this company one to two persons at managerial level specifically in taxation department who themselves dont know anything try to teach you ,scold at you

1.Salary delay ,u don't know when u are going to get paid ... sometimes u have to give reason to ask for salary . 2.Late sittings . they ask EE to come on Sunday also. Manager can call u 24*7 and ask for work updates. No work life balance 3. no learning growth and no proper training is provided 4. people working here can't leave easily because they hold their salary for a month.

Not at all employee friendly company, salary not given on time - cheque system, no payslips. No leaves allowed for first 6 months, no work from home, come late and it’s a half day, Work till late night but no benefit given. Very very very non employee friendly organisation. HR will not tell lot of things at the time of joining

1. Salary not on time 2. Salary paid by cash after deducting a large portion and doesn't provide salary slip 3. Still waiting for F&F payment (4 months since I left) 4. No scope career growth and development When you don't get your money on time there is no point to work for this organization even for 1 day. Worst company to work in every aspect.
