Witch type problems we face in market any one not understand and not any one resovle our problems if we tell them witch type problem faceing in market than they say u may leave the job. so how can we do his work properly and here our seniour behavior is not good.

Work with an expert diversified experienced team in an interesting work environment and great compensation make this a great fit for me. I've grown up my technical skills more quickly than any other role than I've ever had. The culture is much documentation focused. Which means more trainings, meetings, learning sessions to develop skills and evaluate the talent. Career growth are very high at mid senior level. Likes: Flexible Timing - Work Environment - Self Growth - State of the art Manufacturing Facility - Mentorship by great experienced and qualified teammates - Work Practice - Cultural activities.

As I am X employee of this company, I am sharing my experience point to point. 1. No HR policy exists because not yet getting 'appointment Letter' in my total work tenures. 2. No on job training,not even for freshers. 3. No clear vision from company side. 4. No work culture exists. 5. If some one having a degree of making false commitment to your Distributors or parties,then definitely it's your cup of tea. 6.If you are doing something good,no appreciation will come. 7. No fixed timing for Quarter Incentives. 8. After resigning from this company i have got my full & final after 11 months. 9. No individual values exist there. 10. Basically one man show for east region.

Salary and D.a and T. A is coming on time, and company policy which candidate achieve monthly set target no any senior terminate you.

If candidate not achieve monthly set target then senior is immediately remove from system.

Specially in Jharkhand lot of employees has been changed frequently due to RSM and company NOT even ask single question about it. Damages are still with many distributors. No job security. RSM is everything, No MNC work culture
