I think Mayo College is more than a fairy tale for any novice teacher. This is not a school but an organisation, you have an endless scope of learning and delivering to education. I spent almost 7 years here and learned a lot from my senior colleagues, especially Lt. Gen. Kulkarni, I have never seen such a visionary leader till now. He always renders his support and guidance to everyone in the school and treats everyone equally. His office is always open and he is always approachable to both teachers and students. Mayo College is not merely run on codes or policies but it runs on the culture and traditions. The way of criticism is also such that you always accept and work for good. This place has groomed both me and my wife in the field of education, and I can proudly say that whatever we have achieved today is all because of Mayo. Go Mayo!!!!!!

The amount of exposure to range of activities one is exposed to at Mayo College is beyond phenomenal, making it a life-changing experience. Freedom to work, implement new-age innovative ideas, constant updating of technology assisted teaching and learning process are a few out of a long list of key positives that make Mayo a name to reckon with, and a place which is an absolute delight to work at. Both the students and the staff coming from varied cultural backgrounds of India and abroad, create a unique teaching learning environment like any other.

Located in Rajasthan, Ajmer witnesses warm weather for most part of the year, which gets uncomfortable, if you are not used to the heat and harsh sunlight.

Since the time the nationwide lock down was imposed, Mayo College took proper care of the staff. Not only Mayo kept the staff members within a safe and protective environment, maintaining religiously the COVID-19 protocol, but also provided with the daily requirements, like milk, vegetables, groceries and other essential items at the doorstep of each staff members residing within its verdant campus. Mayo College is open to innovation and provides ample opportunities for growth and development for its staff members. In order to equip the teachers with the latest technology and pedagogy, Mayo College had been training its staff members on preparation of Inter Disciplinary, technology aided lesson plan modules since last two years. Hence it was a smooth transition for each Mayo faculty to shift the paradigm from offline to online classes. Even Mayo college is pioneer in introducing these online classes in early April 2020, while others were still trying to figure out means of tackling this unprecedented pandemic. Mayo College had made optimum utilization of this lock-down by organizing in-house webinars and panel discussions by the faculties for the faculties to enhance teamwork, foster collaboration, hone up technical skills and provide a platform for exchange of knowledge. Over all the bonding of a family was always present.

The Mayo College is a world fame residential educational institute, open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. The work culture and efforts which are made for all round development of students are excellent. campus environment is conducive. Exchanges Programs are organised for the students to interact and understand students of foreign countries. My tenure as consultant in the mayo college is excellent in the form of giving inputs related to security and IT sector.

Employees are not ready to adopt changes whenever they are introduced in the system .Hence resistance is faced some time.
