Its not working environment but its an gossip environment , have to work like a machine over here have to come on time but going home - there is no such time ????

Not providing their salary what they had worked for , even giving the silly execuses whn asking for full salary , hr interns people become an hr executive in some days over here , so early cant imagine only and they dnt have any idea about HR protocols also , and hr executive is thinking that they are owner of the company.... Very terrible to work over here - they will not give you anything in written . Its like a begging to a company again and again for appointment letter !!!!!

As the company is too small, there is no hierarchy..everybody reports to MD, so u have a lot of responsibility, exposure and learning.

They havent paid my full and final compensation yet..you have to forget about your salary once u resign. My 2 months salary has gone to drain

Employee are like peasants over there , there is a new DGM called Jigar who says on the face that , I want to remove all purana chavan and add new people , he is the most arrogant and disgusting creature, I took some info from his old company and got to know that this guy kept destroying the old fabric of last organisation till everyone left and new people were corrupt till core , because of him .
