I spent only two months,out of that 17days I was in leave for Covid but got full salary.

Everything,work culture, management behaviour, most important they hired me for Escalation but put in to the calls after training.

Quality analysts who got promoted from agent position, they think that they're over smart, they pretend to be too smart. It seems like they have come to heaven after getting promoted so whatever they say that's correct, rest of them are wrong.

Before job security was 99% but now no job security totally depen on target. If u achieve 35% target u will paid 35% salary. Work culture is terrible totally unprofessional. There is no management. Like HR or managerr and Team leaders all are same. But one thing is good they give you chance to get higher positions through IJP (Internal job posting)

Everything is dislikeable. You have to give your effort 8am to till 12pm. But after giving all time if you achieve 78% target you will get paid 78% salary.

...vel soo much poor they are not able to take right decision also lot of politics. Last 3years of working with honesty I'm not found any reason to stay more years, no salary increase not giving proper justification

Not at all best place to work.work pressure is tremendous. They don't value work.

Not a place if you want growth in your career. Company politics is very much here. Salary is decreasing without informing anyone. Just the managers are informed. If they feel we will be informed.
