...al. Gossips in this organization are on a all time high. Huge employee turnover. And the salary is always paid late. No proper training provided.
Maxxcell has a growth focused culture and the company pushes you towards continuous growth and learning to ensure employees develop diverse skills. If you've worked here, you are able to face any challenge that comes your way in the future. If you have a passion to learn and step out of your comfort zone, then this is the place for you. If you like to stick to a routine and be monotonous at your job and don't have the ability to receive positive criticism and improve yourself after feedback, this isn't the place for you.
- You may have to learn new things which may be completely unrelated to your field of interest, this may have its own pros and cons depending on each individual.
- No work from home.
I can safely say I enjoyed nothing working in this organisation. People who were well-versed with office politics surely had fun for a couple of months getting along with the ceo, going out, poking jokes and probably getting unprofessionally lofty treatment from him ...until he and the seniors started overburdening them and ridiculing them on team meetings which prompted them to leave. For the ones who didn't meddle in these politics/groupisms/or favouritism from the boss they were essentially treated like disposable human beings. He doesn't view workers (unless it is his favourite four-eyed brat) as humans and he treats the rest like trash.
I always wondered why I started working here, the CEO insulted me multiple times but I was not aware of what I really wanted out of a career. Everybody says working in an organisation for one year looks good on a CV., so I suffered there for over one year. Which, after I left was not necessary at all. If only I had a bit of enlightenment I would have left within a week of joining this sad excuse for a company. Anyhow, I would advise anybody considering to work here, to work at their own risk. Since I joined more than 12 people left the company. HR does not know how to organise work flows and if need be will dump several roles on one person without any raise in salary. We had new hires seeing company red flags within a day or week of joining quit immediately. So don't take all that sweet talk you probably get about this place.
Just because I had to move out of Goa I left this organisation. This is the best organization to associate yourself with. Currently, the team that is there will amaze you with their excellence, compassion, cooperation and friendship. If you want to enjoy your work and have an amazing work life balance go for it. I used to work in Goa Panjim branch. Still miss my team and the kind of hard and smart work we used to do and enjoy together!! The CEO Mr. Shyam Manavat is basically a tutor at heart and trains and treats all his team members like that. I have learnt so many things here...after this organisation I got selected in one of the most reputed organization of overseas education field in Pune.
Once the team grows I am sure sir they will start with all the benefits and perks that an organisation should have. However, it is still fun to work with them. No dislikes at all!!!
Too much workload with less pay, dominating seniors specially the hr , regional manager and the overseas counselor. They just make a small mistake into big issues.
