What i didn't found in my previous organization was team building which is a good factor here. People from the manager and the workers are very good. Mangers are very chill.

Dislikes

They don't have a senior HR (With good Experience) which sometimes causes chaos. No extra bonus, allowance, NO PF.

Likes

Good salary initially but aprisal as per performance. HR department good. Time to Time salary.

Dislikes

Lot of politics. Non supportive people in at work. Narrow minded people. But also some people are there which is supportive but please note 10 out of 1.

The only thing I like about is that interview is very easy and anybody can crack it apart from this they provide good snacks for nightshift employees.

Dislikes

There is no concept of prior training they start training newcomers on live tickets just after 3-4 days of joining and the workload is quite high and there is no proper management of tracking the performance since you will be judged on the basis of others thinking not on your work. Team leaders and manager feels like they are the kings and you have to follow and respect them.Many times they cry for giving leaves to the new employees, you have to act like a lawer for asking your leaves.

*No job security. *Dirty politics. *Zero growth. *Cheap mindset. *No organisational structure. *Owner see every task of every person in each team his own, And judge the performance on basis of dirty politics.

Likes

Maval is open library, knowledge is easily accessible. Work culture is good, management is supportive.

Dislikes

Growth is little slow, also all higher positions are already captured by seniors so there is really little room for growth.
