Need lots of cultural improvement, Tenured resource centric . No job security. People can be sent out any time . Toxic work culture . It will be very difficult for the people who come from corporates. Its is 100% proprietary organization.

Can improve on Benefits to employees, canteen facility can be improved, promote learning portals for employees to upskill, too many optional holidays which can be made mandatory holidays.
