Maxpro is group company of Mansoura for Resins and Chemicals, Egypt. They mislead people and recruit and after reaching there bound their passports and don't give to passport holder. There is big politics where owner sits daily and don't allow employees to go outside. No holidays no festivals, they treat as you are labour from India. Food is sponsored by them but you don't have choice. Factory is manufacturing Formaldehyde Urea, no maintenance + no standards. I recommend don't spoil your career by joining this company.

It's an good knowledge gaining place . We can benefits all sorts of Design and construction experience. We can learn to manage all sorts of discipline. All sorts of complicated projects we gave handelled. Left over projects by other consultants works, also we took and completed successfully. Working in maxpro will give self confidence in us . Totally we get trained for kinds of projects. We have clients like Aditya Birla Group , Welspun , GFL , Bostik etc...Maxpro will create leaders.

Payments and other facilities for employee are not up to the mark. Need to have little bit flexible in timings .

do not fall in trap.. Maxpro and MRI (Mansoura Resins & Chemical Industries, Egypt) both are same and controlled by same owners.. They are not running a business, they are doing something rlse fishy.. they hire and fire in 5-6 months and in that time totally harass you like hell.. treat you like dog in front of egyptians.. and themselves are a puppet of 2-3 egyptians especially mostafa and Fatty..

Fee Indians are their who are surviving their by sacrificing things much beyond you can imagine.. for eg.- one mishra couple do not have child from past 4 yrs becoz of owners and they are lifetime slave of owners now.. lot of dark things also happen in case of females and wives of employees.. Do contact past employees before joining and never ever join please..

The Energy level was missing had to continuously motivate, may be that is the part of smaller company
