Very less salary, increments and salary hikes based on recomendations not based on qualification,hard work and talent. Need to do multiple works apart from your desgnation. Need to do overtime work also but don't pay any over time money.

Manager Nisha she is an centre manager.... She is very worst there are no reasons to remove the employee... Simple she will remove call centre agents there is no reasons and even HR also doesn't care about this .... Please those who are going to interview please don't join in call centre the only complaint on call centre manager

It's good for only who do bhajans for higher grade people,no value for people who work sincerely and genuinely.

The organization culture is very nice work life is very good all r very professional my special Thanks to Mr Shai Mr Praneet sir they have always helped all the staff in all situations makes staff motivated. Dr Saba Fatima is like a gem very very humble polite highly experienced gives quality service to her patients my overall experience working in maxivision was great. Thanks Ali
