They treat their employees as doggs. They force employees to come office at 7:00 AM and leave at 11:00 PM - 12:00 AM. No leaves at all. More than 15-16 work hours per day. All other staffs are number one chuuttiya. Specially team managers are the best chuuttiyas among all. MD of the company just want to earn money. MD and Managers do not have any schedule to call. They call on phone any time whether in night 1:00 or in morning 5:00. They are destroying life of needy people.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
