Nothing is good. Only groupism & favour will work out there. No values for your talent & work experience. If you know how to please your boss you will get all the benefits. Otherwise they will keep eye on you & one fine day asked to leave the company. Terrible top management.

Job Security is very poor, there is no proper environment to work sincerely in Maxim, Company policies are for sincere employees and not for those employees damaged company and its reputation, those Maxim India current Management Team and its group will remove the sincere workers and employees and senior experienced people who are not favoured them

Traning the software is not done properly,there is no job security,there is huge internal politics,innovation ,appraisal and Salary structure is very poor

As my point of view, Company's aim will make you to contribute something is your own and you will gain something that lead you to reach your career dream. I had a nice working understanding with my managers and visiters, team members were average in working grade. Totally good.
