The place where we will get opportunity to improve all kind of skills and knowledge. Almost all the employees from higher authority (VC) to lower authority (Security) are exact same kind of friendly and supportive nature. Actually the work culture automatically balances the family vs Work. The management always motivates us to improve the new skills and opportunity to implement that in the work. The company policies completely safeguards about employee health, work, Safety, travel, food, family health support and so on

Dislikes

During this pandemic situation, almost entire employees of different companies are getting affected about their job security. But my company still supporting us by providing job security and appraisal. I love my Work and the company

The best thing about the company is it actually help us to maintain both personal life and professional life. Company is following very beneficiary policies for employees to get well developed. Management is working all the time with its best level. Job security in company is well stable as it is having a very better past.

Dislikes

Teammates are always helpful. Growth is thereafter yu can learn multiple technologies as it also jumps in to work with latest technologies. Pleasant work environment with cherish wishes all the day.

I really like the transparency that the top management exhibits be it in case of the merger with ADI, or about the company performance, performance discussions.

Dislikes

Too many meetings/trainings concerned with manager/people training. Employees personal development is really needed but it is at the point of being an overkill. Some pointless exercises/trainings doesn't really add any value but only adds stress particularly in the times we are in now during the pandemic. Performance review discussions are taking way more time that it should.

Flexible Work Hours, which is again used against the employee, making the employee to attend late night calls almost every day.

Dislikes

Managers are so keen in developing their fame than the career value addition of the engineer. I hardly saw few managers are professional and sensible, Managers are most often assigned roles which they are not capable enough to handle, Execution of a project from a single location or two is needed for effective and efficient completion, Instead a single project is executed by engineers across the Globe (a minimum of 3 to 5 time zones), which is extremely painful and inefficient.
