While working over there my job is purely secure & culture & nature of each & every employee is very good.

There is nothing to dislike about the company which I was worked before , but there is very low growth aspects & very less area to be occupied & work further.

As I was pregnant from the month of Jan 20 , management has supported me to work from home from the very start of this pandemic.

So far , I have not face such situation in this company so that I dislike it.

Need to take initiatives and responsibilities in order to get work satisfaction, you will get recognised only when you show some amount of spark in your work areas with maturity.

Over enthusiastic mindframe and short term focus will not work in long term here.

I have started my career with maxicon shipping agencies, i am very thankful to them, as my career point and personality development maxicon provide me proper training as well as time. I wish to rejoin maxicon if they need me or in future at any time, i have a good management support their guidance at the satisfactory, i learn many things from maxicon.

Dislikes

No reason to dislike maxicon shipping agencies. I have leave maxicon for much better prospect. If maxicon give me the opportunity to other departments i will definitely join

The company is open to innovation abd readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that is markets reliable. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration
