I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. The company is open to innovation and readily adopted latest technologies for work. I love that I am a part of a team

Dislikes

The work pressure is average but sometimes it'll reach very high. Frome sometime Managers don't value an individual, which is why I've to take back my suggestion most of the times I do receive appreciation from client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my appraisals. Manager folks like me have to guide them step by step which is a painful to anyone.
