I must say that i had wonderful experience with Max skill first . One of the leading and best company in industry

Once MSF for merged to MLI there was no work life balance. It was horrible to work. Nothing to do with learning part only sales was their priority .

Nothing to say. No value to capable n honest employees. Dirty cowards, Bucketers like Nagaraj can survive

Worst practices. Dirty cowards n Bucketers like trainer Nagaraj can survive. He has a gutter mouth. Jesus and Ajay is useless... Who do not have back bone to stand for truth n honesty.

Working here is like working within your family.. Everyone is cooperative and supportive enough.

Please try to understand the schedule of others before putting in your requests last minute. Give respect and take it.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Major focus is on sales. Being a L&D Professional you rarely work on development aspect. You're always tied to Sales and Field activity. Plus MaxSkill first being a Service provider to the larger Maxlife Insurance, MaxSkill first employees are treated in a Substandard way. Major Focus is on Output and sales. There is no clear distinction or defination of your role. You join as L&D Professional but end up doing hardcore sales. If you're looking for a long term career in Training/Development this isn't the place for you. Because you'll loose all your training muscles here and end up doing ONLY SALES OR RATHER FORCED TO DO SALES
