no Support from reporting boss threatened everyday by circle head to leave the job as business was not happening in Lockdown Promotion data and Incentive tracker not shared my reporting boss Area Head and circle head in Kolkata Circle with 0 knowledge they do not know where to get data from If you complain anything about reporting boss and circle head they took it personally never ever join Liability channel of this company worst company ever

Second Saturday and Sunday, third Saturday and Sundays are off. No other perks.

... from you. More than 5 persons already left the office with their toxic culture. Don't trust their words during interview they will give a package which is lesser than your current ctc and will give excuses as you will earn promotions in a fast track mode. nothing doing you will not meet their unrealistic targets. Worst management and HR. Management torture Lower level staff for business. Even HR also support manager and they take concall for business. Worst working conditions in Max life Cooperative banca channel I have seen in my life time.

Lack of training, harrasment candidate for work , lack of field help , managers are not supportive they just bark but don't motivate agency manager at every hour . Mentally torture the candidate for work and pressurized day night equally, call anytime without thinking it's an off or weak day holiday. Never think about personal life also the manager are shameless because they trespass their manager homes without intimation and do misbehave with everyone in office. The management is not good so do not join max life

Pay and perk is good. Promotion opportunities are really good.

No support from Seniors. No discipline, only they need result even if you are new. They will start poking you and also not ready to support you.
