... insurance sector. There is a chance to growth provided one who work restlessly. Regarding salary and job security, it would be better if no comments are made. Work environment is average as the leader do not take team together though there is lot of scope for learning. Employees hardly stick in the company due to cheap politics at supervisory cadre. Company keeps very high target in short notice fot bonus and rewards. Many Sales Managers give false information to get the call into conversion. If the proper training is given to advisors, without the help of Sales perdonnel, company may ger good amount of premium. If the company gives free hand and goid package to financial advisors, company can reach anticipated target. In my case this has happened.

Dislikes

Many Trainers are not wellversed with English language and explain in regional language about products. Hence we find it difficult to understand and catchhold HNV clients due to insufficient knowledge. Sales Managers hardly acvompany the advisors and most of the time they fail to convert into business, particularly large size premium. They lack ownership due to which company do not get the targetted business.

To be very honest . Leaders are not at all good. They don’t treat people with respect. Just Bogus Company I ever worked with.

Everything. Full of Politics. Managers and leaders are not at all good.. Doesn’t provide Exact salary. And the KRA’s don’t match what they said during Interview.

Second Saturday and Sunday, third Saturday and Sundays are off. No other perks.

... from you. More than 5 persons already left the office with their toxic culture. Don't trust their words during interview they will give a package which is lesser than your current ctc and will give excuses as you will earn promotions in a fast track mode. nothing doing you will not meet their unrealistic targets. The thing is like about max life insurance is salary credit is on time and 2nd and 3rd Saturday is also weekoff.

...they expect high level quality work from employees. Worst management and system. Field work also involved in the low salary. 2 field visit per day.
