Training culture & salary on time.

supervisor & manager have very partial behavior among staff in appraisal and promotion. appraisal & promotion is not confirmed while you are doing your 100℅ duties. even upper ,management shows partiality to give leave .management have no criteria to choose employees for appraisal & promotion everything depends on your supervisor & manager to bring you up or down your good work have no importance I just want to say that for appraisal & promotion should have exam criteria for all employees through max lab management.

My max company is taking a very good care of all of us very well they us all nece ssary accesories with fully ppe kit .n max is always taking care of there all employee every day so I am very thankful to max that I am a part of this organisation.
