...sks. The department didn't step in to distribute duties to mitigate exposure. They even withheld Salary for 4 months and are cutting salaries.

Poor communication from HR and management. Lack of transparency and low trust in payment of salaries.

Very extraordinary head of the department to work with.He believes in the team work and give us fair chances to grow and shine .. extremely great ful to sir for providing us the best plate form to work.

Team Mates are actually quite cooperative. But don't expect any help from management regarding any of ur issues. The best thing about Jaypee is its building. It's super clean and beautiful. Doesn't seem like u r in a hospital. Pay is generally good. ( never on time though)

Dislikes

You will have to constantly go to the HR department to ask for ur salary. There is no rule that a doctor has to work for 48hrs, unlike every other hospital. It could be anything depending on the demand. Which means no work life balance. There is no growth for resident doctors, so u better study!!!!

It was an overall great experience and friendly colleagues and seniors. Also some nurse staff were really good

Dislikes

There is no particular time for salary to be credited. There was huge delay in payment of salary most of the time crossing more than half of the month.. Also some unnecessary workload regarding certain documents was given which was not really required to be done by the doctor on duty. Instead a more practical working and learning experience would have been better. Also there was no library in case we get time during lunch to study.
