I am last working in max vaishali hospital. My roll in max hospital of as a medical transcription. I like working in max hospital about its a better career growth and good work environment.

My dislike point of max vaishali hospital. My salary scale is very low on my work calculation, of my any other colleagues, I have to work 10-11 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Otherwise no issue for max vaishali hospital.

Best state of art infrastructure, facilities and professionalism. Focus on up to date academics. Everyone is working hard and mostly dedicated. Head of department is super cool, well qualified,very knowledgeable and ever helping person.

Dislikes

Below average salary and hardly any incentives. HR could be more helpful and have empathy. Lots and lots of documentations and paperwork ( for same thing) Hard works and efforts could be recognised and appreciated better. Very long notice period for resignation.
