Poor management and very bad HR policies who are only interested in cost cutting and hiring cheap labour ,exploiting nurses and deduct their salaries,do not even pay overtime to them.Moreover leave policy is bad

...on papers only, no leaves , work life balance is zero.l increments are too less. Only good thing is they credit our salary on time.

The leave policy is biased few people are getting long leaves, and hardworking employees are starved for leaves and reward recognition.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location. Mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto, hence I got a B1 visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Security is zero.Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

I was working as a SR neurosurgery under dr AK Singh sir. It was a wonderful experience and I got to learn a lot. It’s definitely the best place to live enjoy learna Nd earn all together.

Dislikes

...0hrs a day or at an average spending at least 14-16 hrs a day at the hospital. The pay was not good enough in that respect. It’s the best hospital of Uttarakhand I would say and having dr Singh is just like having a diamond. Hence, it’s always busy.

My experience was good as i learnt a lot during my training period but no one guided me in any field..It was on my own that i explored and learnt a lot..

Dislikes

During the training period they dont provide you with any salary or appraisal. They want their work to be done as well as they chargs us for our work we do for them.. We are fools who give their hard work as well as time and in return jobs are offered to people who have their sources..
