Job is not secure and there is no promotion by work. If someone in touch with Senior Managers only they can get promotion and salary hike.

As I m the Head cashier of max branch, I have 6+ year experience but my salary is only 16k, Do you agree this salary is enough for Manager level grade. Work life balance is Low, Torture Management, don't join Max fashion, either you go Any other retail industry

...cafeteria and gaming arcade for chiling company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow .There is a bond of 2,years before which you cannot resign .on the job training is not given to new joined

There is lots of politics ,corporate policy and over all environmental is unhealthy, salary cut 25 percentage and above, work satisfaction also very bad and lots of unexpected pressure , company discision is also very bad no job security.
